This single floor is spread across an area of 1440 square feet. Grey colored wall tiles helps to get more attraction. This makes your first impression last longer with this beautiful and appealing facades. A good amount of garden space in front of the house will be a good advantage. This compact ground floor house has another wing which separates itself from the family entertainment space to their private habitable space, which has three bedrooms.

This modern home would be an ideal choice for new couples or small family. The cuboid shaped pillars and walls show no trace of curves, making this house more modern. The sit out and car porch that lead into the interiors have a rustic finish. White paint is used in all the remaining sections of the house. If the area is considered, the interiors are not very specious. A drawing hall, dining space, kitchen, work area, stair room and 3 bedrooms add up only 1440 square feet.

However, what makes the house special is the optimum utilization of space. The spaces in the interiors are interconnected which make them look vast and specious. The dining table which can accommodate 6 person’s doesn’t take up much space the walls are painted with lighter shades. The stairway begins from the dining space and the wash area is arranged beneath the stair.
